"I now serve as the Director of a Re-Education Centre for Delinquent and Socially maladjusted children, thereby putting into practice what I experienced in Atlanta. On retiring, I founded and now run an NGO known as Cameroon Association for the Promotion of the Welfare of the Elderly (CAPWEL)."

Who We Are
The Council of International Programs USA (CIPUSA) is a non-profit international exchange organization that brings well-qualified professionals to the United States for practical training experiences. CIPUSA provides programs for individuals and groups in social services, non-profit, business and public organizations. CIPUSA is a J-1 visa sponsoring organization designated by the U.S. Department of State and offers training programs for 1-18 months.

CIPUSA Locations:
CIPUSA conducts training programs throughout the United States. CIPUSA’s national office is located in Cleveland, Ohio.

CIPUSA has eight affiliate offices nationwide:
