As we prepare to celebrate CIP’s 70th Anniversary on Jul 31, 2026, we’re reflecting on the people and experiences that have shaped our shared journey over the past seven decades. Were you hosted by a family, inspired by a mentor, challenged by a new culture, or changed by an experience through CIP? We would love to hear from you.

We are inviting CIP alumni from all years and countries to share:

  • A short story or reflection about your CIP experience
  • A favorite photo from your time on the program
  • A moment that stayed with you or influenced your life or career

Your stories help capture the real impact of international exchange and may be featured in our anniversary materials, social media, or event programming as we honor 70 years of connection, learning, and community.

Please send stories and photos to [email protected].

Flights

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is the airport for flying into Cleveland, Ohio. It is 20–30 min by taxi/Uber to University Circle. There is a train under the Cleveland airport that can transport you to the University Circle area.

Another airport option for individuals flying from somewhere in the U.S. would be the Akron Canton Airport. It is a smaller domestic airport with few international connections. This airport is 1 hour away from University Circle and you would have to take a taxi or Uber that may be costly due to the distance.

Meals

All meals along with coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. Please indicate on the registration form if you have any dietary restrictions.
